2 avocados, peeled, seeded
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 small tomato, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & deveined, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat or fat free
½ teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sea or Kosher Salt to taste
1. Add avocados and lime juice to a medium mixing bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir until combined and a smooth consistency.
3. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
