Cheesy Potato and Turkey Bacon


Ingredients
4 slices turkey bacon
1 medium potato
1 scallion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 slices white american cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet n low
salt and chili pepper powder for taste

1. Peel and dice potato while boiling one pot of water
2. Add potato to water and boil for 8 minutes and fry Turkey Bacon in frying pan — add veggie oil if necessary (turkey bacon can stick). Fry bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside
3. Add chopped scallion and garlic powder to frying pan
4. Remove potato from boiling water and add to frying pan
5. Add black pepper, sweet n low, salt and chili pepper powder to pan and stir for 1 minute
6. Crush turkey bacon and add to pan, stir for 5 minutes
7. Move contents of pan to plate and lay white american cheese on top
8. Microwave for 1 minute and serve
