1 C. Silk Pure Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
Sweetener of Choice {I like 1 tsp. agave syrup}


1. Blend together all of the ingredients until well-incorporated.

2. Add ice to create the consistency you prefer.
