Italian Pudding Panna Cotta



1/3 cup milk
1 oz (30g) envelope unflavored gelatin
2½ cup heavy cream(35% cooking cream)
1/2 cup sugar
1½ teaspoons rose water


1. Combine milk and gelatin in small bowl.

Stir together and set aside.

2.Combine together heavy cream and sugar in saucepan

Mix well and bring a mixture to a boil.

Watch carefully,because the cream will rise to the top of saucepan.

4.Reduce the heat to low and add the milk mixture.

Stir until milk completely dissolved.

Cook for 1 minute,stirring gently.

5.Remove from the heat and add rose water.

Mix well and let cool at room temperature.

6.Pour cooled mixture into 6 wine glasses.

7.Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

8.Serve Italian pudding Panna Cotta with your favorite fruits.
