2 TBSP raw almond butter
1/3 C water
1/2 C cooked oatmeal, cooled
1 C frozen strawberries (you can substitute for other berries as well)
2 TBSP Brewer’s Yeast powder
1 TSP flaxseed meal, grounded
1 banana, frozen
6 oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt (flavored)
