3-4 cloves garlic (or however many you like)
feta cheese ( i got a tub of 250 grams)
1 tbsp nigella seeds
1 cup fresh mint leaves
hot sauce of your choice/chili flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 420°F or 215°C.
Cut the watermelon into wedges and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Slice the garlic and chop the mint leaves roughly and along with the sliced feta, arrange ingredients on the slices. Sprinkle the nigella seeds, salt, pepper and olive oil. If you choose not to use hot sauce, sprinkle the chili flakes now. Stick in the oven and grill for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with hot sauce, if not using the chili flakes. Perfect for a lazy barbecue!
