1 tablespoonsesame oil (substitute canola oil if you don’t have this on hand)
4 tablespoonssoy sauce
3 tablespoonsrice vinegar
2 tablespoonschili garlic sauce
1/4 teaspoonminced ginger
1/2 cupgreen onions
1/2 cupcrushed dry roasted peanuts (optional)
1. Cook vermicelli until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Cool noodles.
2. Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and minced ginger until combined.
3. Toss noodles in peanut sauce, top with green onions and crushed peanuts.
